News Highlights:

CBC Summer Picnic Coming July 15 –  Save the date!  CBC will host its annual summer picnic July 15, 2023.  This year’s event will be held at Maybelle’s Market in Dyke.  Come ride some of our area’s most scenic terrain, then enjoy lunch catered by Maybelle’s underneath their new pavilion.  Routes will be offered for all ride classes.  Details will be provided later this month. 

Ride Calendar updates – Saturday and Sunday rides start at 8 AM in June.  Spring Hill Tuesday/Thursday rides will continue to roll out at 9 AM this month.  We’re now in peak riding season, so find a route that suits your interests and join the fun!  Also, contact us if you are interested in starting up a weekday evening ride, or would like to participate in a beginner’s ride. 

Extra jerseys available – If you missed out on our jersey sale last fall, or you recently joined the club, we have the following extra short sleeved jerseys available: classic women’s medium (1), classic men’s medium (2), classic men’s large (1).  Jerseys cost $65 and can be paid for electronically, or with check or cash.  Please email us at contact.us@charlottesvillebicycleclub.org if you are interested in one of the jerseys.

New Feature — CBC Member Profiles – Do you have a cycling-related experience or story you’d like to share with CBC membership?  Let us know!  We’d like to highlight some of the interesting things our membership is up to.
