SUMMARY:Shenandoah Valley - Goshen Pass (59\, A / B\, MH)
DESCRIPTION:A great combination of open and shaded roads with stunning views and one major climb\, this ride takes you through the Shenandoah Valley south and west of Greenville\, VA. The route is the same as the southern section of the Tour de Valley ride held yearly on Labor Day weekend. I know many of you probably think “ I have been riding for many years\, what can I learn?” Well\, we can all learn new skills.  I am a League of American Bicyclist certified instructor\, this is a class worth taking. Even if you are an experienced rider you will be challenged to see how your skills stand up. \n  \nStop and start with confidence\, look over your shoulder and hold your line\, traverse a slalom course\, do a rock dodge\, hop a hazard in the road\, learn a fast stop\, learn to ride slowly/develop balance\, learn some facts about the geometry of your bike.
