SUMMARY:Frederick MD Weekend Getaway
DESCRIPTION:Weekend Getaway – Frederick\, MD\, June 5–7\, 2026. \nJoin us for a weekend away for members (and their non-riding guests!).  Official rides have been scheduled for Saturday and Sunday\, with optional rides on Friday.  Social events are planned for Friday and Saturday evenings.  Frederick offers numerous places for everyone to explore\, including the Carroll Creek Park\, walking paths\, bridges\, fountains\, public art\, restaurants\, breweries\, and patios.  The Homewood Suites by Hilton Frederick will serve as our event hub.  Discounted rooms may be booked by clicking this unique booking link\, or dialing 301-663-9600\, then 0\, to reach the front desk\, and mention Charlottesville Bicycle Club or Group Code 91B.  If you book a room\, please let us know here.  Participants will be responsible for their own costs. \nClick HERE to view routes.  Note that some riders may join the Tour de Frederick on Saturday.  Registration is required for that event.  Click here for details.
